The receipts
Every bag, what it was listed at, and what I paid.
"Listed" is the seller's asking price. "Paid" includes the platform's fees, because that's what actually left my account. Discounts are on the listed price, before fees.

The all-in cost
Fees, authentication and cleaning came to £337.40, about 10% on top of the bags. It's the part nobody puts in their haul video. Budget for it.
On 10 of the 12 bags. About 15% off the listed price on average, from 4% on the Gucci Boston to 30% on the Capri. Nobody at a Céline counter takes 15% off because you asked nicely.
Five of the sixteen bags came out of my own collection. The old bags also paid for £800 of the new ones. The wardrobe mostly fed itself.
What £2,895 bought second-hand
Twelve bags. Several of them don't exist new at any price: a 2002 Boogie, an early-2000s Miu Miu denim bag, a 2006 Gucci Capri. If you like these shapes, the originals are only on the resale market.
